Change the world for another minority

So whats up , are we gonna change the world for blind people ? First it was hybrid cars posing a "great" danger to blind people because they were too quiet and a blind person might not hear a hybrid car coming and get run over - now our government is talking about changing our whole money system because blind people cant see thier money to count it properly. So i guess we are going to make 20s bigger or something - there are devices that scan money and tell you what denomination bill it is - and hey there is always a credit card at least that way theres a paper trail if a blind person gets ripped off. this is just another example of our wimpy government changing everything because a minority group has a problem with something. whats next - if you are blind press one ??!!
