Amex Pro-Am Off; Charity Challenge Set At 2021 Tourney In La Quinta
The American Express PGA Golf Tournament is pledging more than 1 million dollars for local charities from this year’s tournament.
It’s set for La Quinta January 21st through the 24th 2021 and will be played on the PGA West Stadium Course and the Nicklaus Tournament Course.
But due to Covid-19, there won’t be a pro-am tourney this year, and spectators won’t be allowed.
And get ready for The American Express Charity Challenge – a televised nine-hole exhibition match hosted by tournament host Phil Mickelson and broadcast on the Golf Channel. Tony Finau and Paul Casey will also participate, along with celebrity partners.
It’s Wednesday January 20th 2021 at 2 in the afternoon.
