CA Mandates Face Masks In The Classroom For All Students In Fall Of 2021; Parents Filing Suit

California parents are pushing back against a new California  mandate that requires all children to wear face masks in the classroom to protect them against Cvoid-19.

California schools are expected to return to in-classroom instruction in the Fall of 2021.

But California Governor Gavin Newsom has signed a new law requiring all students to wear face masks in the classroom, whether the students have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or not.

Newsom’s mandate comes right after the Centers For Disease Control said only unvaccinated children have to wear face masks at school.

Sharon McKeeman says her advocacy group, “Let Them Breathe,” views Newsom’s mandate  as “detrimental.”

Her group is filing a lawsuit against the State of California.
