A 75-year-old man from Quebec has set a new record!

Tanio Helou entered the Guinness Book of Records by becoming the oldest man to do a headstand!

Helou told Guinness that he started working on doing the move while looking to obtain a healthy lifestyle after retirement at 55.

For daily exercise, Helou includes a headstand with a 20-minute run and 20 pushups.
