David Spade Speaks On The Recent Cast Members Who Have Left ‘SNL’

David Spade recently addressed Pete Davidson, Kate McKinnon, and others leaving SNL.

David said, “SNL has been around, we do that podcast kinda about it and we talk about it a lot.”
He continued, “We hung in there. And it’s a F**king beating. It’s tough on the brains, and it’s tough on the body.”

He added, “It’s just a hard place to be. The ones that go 8, 9, 10 years I can’t even believe it.”

When Spade was asked if Pete would be considered ‘one of the greats’ in SNL history, he said, “I don’t think I have seen enough of the new cast. I would have to really review the tape.”
