Driver Blames Speeding Ticket On “Kickstart My Heart”

It’s probably happened to you – a great song comes on the radio, you start to sing along, maybe drive a little faster – and then the flashing lights appear in your rear-view mirror.

A Canadian man recently told an officer that the reason he was clocked going 90 miles an hour was because of Motley Crue’s “Kickstart My Heart”.

And the officer says the driver was telling the truth – because he was listening to the same station.  Unfortunately, the “Crue Defense” doesn’t get you very far with police and the man was fined $639 Canadian.
