In their younger days, Green Day were famous for pulling juvenile pranks on the road.

Sounds like they’re still up to their old tricks. Johnny Bond of the band Catfish And The Bottlemen says they got pranked last year while on tour with Green Day, including a stunt where “they were hiding behind our amps with masks on”.

Another prank involved drummer Tre Cool using a leaf blower to blow ‘massive’ bags of confetti with ‘Green Day’ printed on it, which Bond says “we’re still picking out of our gear a year later”.
