While David Lee Roth is making plans for a Las Vegas residency next year, the other former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar told OC Weekly that he’s love one last show as Van Halen’s singer.

If Hagar’s dream did come true, don’t expect a world tour. Hagar says the show, which would have to have Michael Anthony on bass and both Van Halen brothers, would be a chance to end the band’s story on a high note, righting all of the decades of wrongs between the bandmates.

There won’t be a new album, either, with Hagar saying,  “I don’t think I can be in the same headspace as those guys.”
