Jelly Belly Creator Releases CBD-Infused Jelly Beans

According to Cannabis Aficionado, Klein recently learned of the benefits of CBD and a lightbulb went off in his head.
“Is anybody doing a jelly bean with CBD?” said Klein. “I could not find any.”
That’s when he saw an opening in the market to create CBD-infused jelly beans.
Klein sold his rights to Jelly Belly in 1980, but the company continues to rake in $190 million in net profits annually. His new company, Spectrum Confections, produces CBD-infused jelly beans, which come in 38 different flavors. The candies will not include THC, is focusing on CBD-only varieties for now with a patent-pending recipe that will include fruit juice.
His new jelly beans have received so much attention, they’re completely sold out.
