Motörhead Launches New Website To Celebrate 40th Anniversary

The albums Overkill and Bomber turn 40 this year, and to celebrate, Motörhead launched a new website on Monday.

Taking to social media, the band released a teaser video showing 1979 pop hits from The Bee Gees, ABBA, and The Buggles followed by an explosive performance of “Overkill”.

The post features the caption, “We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming for the following important news update… along with a link to Motorhead79.com.

For now, the new site just displays the band’s Snaggletooth mascot and the header message, “Coming Soon”.
