New Pearl Jam Album Full Of “Straight-Ahead Rock Songs”

Don’t expect anything experimental from the upcoming Pearl Jam album Gigaton – guitarist Stone Gossard says it’s full of “straight-ahead rock songs”.

In a radio interview, Gossard said the album also features “some very spare and very simple ballads” – but most importantly, Gossard says the album “really captures the spirit of the band”.

04Gigaton will be out March 27th and the first single, “Dance Of The Clairvoyants”, was released this week.
