Queen Is The UK’s Favorite Classic Rock Band

How popular is Queen in their native country?  The band somehow managed to take three out of the top five spots in a recent poll of the UK’s favorite classic rock artists.

Queen took the #1 overall, while frontman Freddie Mercury finished #2 for a double win at the top.

But that’s not all – after John Lennon at #3, Queen guitarist Brian May finished at #4 – one spot ahead of the Rolling Stones at #5.
