Road Restrictions Around New Agua Caliente Casino In Cathedral City

On Thursday September 3rd from 2 p-m to 4 p-m, the eastbound lanes of East Palm Canyon Drive will be closed between Date Palm Drive and Monty Hall Drive in the heart of Cathedral City.

The closure is needed because of construction of the new Agua Caliente Casino.

Traffic signals in the area will be flashing red, and all traffic in all directions should stop, before proceeding.

You might want to avoid Date Palm Drive and East Palm Canyon Drive.

Then, in the same area, from 4 p-m Thursday September 3rd to 4 p-m on Friday September 4th, traffic on East Palm Canyon Drive from Date Palm to Monty Hall, will be down to one lane in each direction and the traffic lights will be back to normal operation.

Delays are expected, so use Perez Road, Cathedral Canyon, Dinah Shore Drive, Gerald Ford Drive or Ramon Road as alternate routes.
