After some intitial reports that the Rolling Stones’ No Filter U.S. tour might be rescheduled as early as July, it’s now starting to sound like fans will have to wait quite a bit longer.

The website Videomuzic.eu quoted an ‘insider’ who said rescheduling the tour was a ‘headache’ and might have to wait until 2020. Part of the reason is because most tour dates were booked for NFL stadiums, and football preseason begins in August.

And most of those stadiums have grass fields, which could potentially be damaged by a concert crowd.  Mick Jagger is expected to take about 10 weeks to recover from heart surgery, which put the original tour on hold earlier this month.
