Scientists create coronavirus assassin

Bloomberg reports the monoclonal antibody has been effective in lab cultures but hasn’t yet been tried in animals or humans.

Officially named 47D11, the antibody not only kills the virus responsible for COVID-19 but also SARS by targeting the virus’ spike protein that allows it to enter human bodies.
