When Slipknot released Iowa in September 2001, the record went straight to the top of the UK sales charts. Now 18 years later, it’s about to happen again. Official Charts reports that We Are Not Your Kind is trending well ahead of Ed Sheeran’s No.6 Collaborations Project by about 13,000 units.

The band’s sixth studio album, which frontman Corey Taylor says features lyrics that are the “darkest that I’ve gone in a long time,” is leading the way when it comes to physical copies sold and digital downloads over the weekend. Fans across the pond really dig Slipknot, with their last five records all reaching the Top 5.
