South Carolina officially celebrated ‘KISS Day’ on Tuesday ahead of the band’s concert in Columbia. SC Governor Henry McMaster met the band backstage and presented them with an official proclamation, declaring Feb. 11th, 2020 to be ‘KISS Day’, and encouraging South Carolinians to “rock and roll all night in recognition of the contributions and achievements of KISS”.
The band’s “End Of The Road” farewell tour now heads to Lexington, KY on Thursday, followed by shows in Peoria, IL and Fort Wayne, IN this weekend. How did you celebrate ‘KISS Day’? What other bands deserve their own holiday?
