SunLine Transit’s ‘Zombie Bus’ to Haunt Palm Springs Village Fest

Once again, SunLine Transit Agency will transform one of its coaches into the Zombie Bus – scheduled to make an appearance from 6 pm – 9 pm at the Palm Springs Village Fest on tomorrow on Halloween, Thursday, October 31, 2019.

SunLine staff, donning zombie make-up and costumes, volunteer their time to thrill those who dare pass through the Zombie Bus – a spooky, free experience. Sweet treats will be provided to all those who dare to enter and survive.

“This is our sixth year of transforming the Zombie Bus. Our team really goes all out and the scares are going to be even bigger and better this year,” said Lauren Skiver, CEO/General Manager of SunLine Transit Agency. “We truly enjoy taking part in community events like this and engaging the community we serve in a fun way.”

The Zombie Bus will be parked at the southeast corner of E. Arenas Road at S. Palm Canyon Drive in front of Lulu California Bistro. This year marks the first time the Zombie Bus has been out spooking passengers strolling the bus that’s been overrun by the dead on Halloween eve, as other years it has been at Village Fest on the Thursday prior to Halloween.
