Tool’s decision to finally make their catalog available digitally has led to not only some of their singles ending up at the top of streaming and download charts, their 2001 album, Lateralus, is the number 1 on iTunes’ most downloaded chart.

Lateralus topped the chart ahead of country artist Tyler Childer’s album and work by EDM star Skrillex.

The band’s album even topped Disney’s Lion King soundtrack. Five songs from Tool are in the top ten download singles chart, too, including “Schism”, “Forty Six & 2”, “Stinkfist”, “Aenima” and “Vicarious”.
