— eastbound Interstate 10 exit at Washington Street.
Road closures include:
— Avenue 49, between Hjorth Street and Monroe Street;
— Avenue 50, between Madison Street and Jackson Street;
— Hjorth Street, between Avenue 49 and Avenue 50; and
— Madison Street, between Avenue 49 and Avenue 52.
Ride-sharing services and taxis will be at the southwest corner of Avenue 49 and Monroe Street.
The drop-off point for people in private cars, is the northeast corner of Avenue 52 and Madison Street.
Drivers are also advised to be prepared for heavy traffic on Sunday evening April 15thand Monday April 16th.
The road work on Highway 111 in Indio is postponed until April 30th.
New this year, the Indio Central market offering plenty of food.
Police will use drones around the Polo Grounds, and will be stocked with tourniquets in case they are needed.
Marijuana is not allowed at the festival.
The weather won’t be hot or cold, with daytime highs in the 80’s on Friday and Saturday, and low 90’s on Sunday.
Overnight lows in the upper 50’s and low 60’s.
