Will Linkin Park continue on with a new lead singer after the suicide death of Chester Bennington last year? That’s “the million dollar question,” says Mike Shinoda.

Speaking to iHeartRadio’s “Inside The Studio” podcast series, Shinoda says, “there aren’t any answers to that at this point” but he wishes there were. Unlike AC/DC’s situation where after the death of singer Bon Scott, Brian Johnson was waiting in the wings, there isn’t that case for Linkin Park.

As for the band playing shows if asked, unless the band can come to a consensus, Shinoda says, “that is not something I can deal with right now.”
