Woman Dances Her Way to Jail After Stopping Traffic

Chandra Andrews literally stopped traffic with her dancing.

The 27-year-old Mobile, Alabama resident was caught on video getting out of her vehicle and dancing on top of her car.”…she got out — pulled her pants down – and has been holding up the road flipping everybody off,” said one person recording the incident.

Andrews was arrested and sent to Metro Jail for “disorderly conduct,” which she has been arrested for at least 10 times since 2013.
