CA & Riverside County Election Tallies 2020
Election results 2020, Update at 5 a-m on Monday November 9th 2020
California still has 3,149,199 vote by mail ballots to count, 71,587 Provisional ballots to count, 284,075 Conditional ballots to counts, and 64,303 “other” ballots to count, for a total of 3,569,164 ballots that need to be counted.
There are still ballots that are in the mail, that have not been delivered yet to county Registrar of Voters Offices.

Approximately 272,000,000 Vote-by-Mail and 25,000 Provisional ballots still must be processed.
There are still votes in the mail, that have not been delivered to the Registrar of Voters Office yet.
Ballots that are postmarked on or before Election Day will be counted if they get to the Registrars Office by November 20th 2020

Raul Ruiz reelected with 61% of the vote to 38% for Erin Cruz

Cathedral City City Council
Rita Lamb 1,042 votes easily defeats Alan Carvalho 577 votes in District 1.
Nancy Ross beats J R Corrales 960 to 462 in District 2.

Coachella Mayor Steven Hernandez wins reelection by about 405 votes, beating Lesly Figueroa 2,835 to 2,430 votes.
Denise Delgado and Emmanuel Martinez lead the race for Coachella City Council, but Martinez has just a 49 vote lead over Neftali Galarza.

Desert Hot Springs reelects Scott Matas with 2,720 votes to 1,576 for Adam Sanchez.
Russell Betts and Jessica Gilbert lead the race for City Council with 2,011 votes for Betts, and 1,229 for Gilbert.
Roger Nunez trails with 1,211 votes, just 18 votes behind Gilbert.

Indian Wells, Greg Sanders, Donna Griffith and Kimberly Muzik are way out in front as the top 3 vote getters for City Council.

Indio, Glenn Miller wins 3,964 to 2,222 for Erin Teran for the City Council seat in District 1.
Indio Lupe Ramos Smith wins the Council seat in District 5 with 2,001 votes. Frank Ruiz was next with 934 votes.

La Quinta…Mayor, Linda Evans grabbed 10,849 votes, to 2,351 for Robert Sylk.
La Quinta City Council, Steve Sanchez 8,457 votes and Kathleen Fitzpatrick 8,202 votes are the top finishers in that race.

Palm Desert City Council District 1, Karina Quintanilla beats Susan Marie Weber 1,037 to 653.
Palm Desert District 2 Gina Nestande and Kathleen Kelly lead the race with 7,571 and 6,948 votes each.

Palm Springs City Council, District 4, Christy Holstege easily wins reelection with 2,000 votes. Mike McCulloch had 1,024.
District 5, Lisa Middleton ran unopposed.

Close races in the Mission Springs Water District where Russ Martin leads Theresa Powell by just 7 votes in Division 3. Randy Duncan leads Patricia Schniebs by 168 votes in Division 2.
Desert Water Agency Division 5, Kristin Bloomer 3,280 votes, Raymond Amico 1,181 votes.

Desert Healthcare District, Zone 3, Carmina Zavala was an easy winner.

More than 10-thousand votes were cast in the race for the Desert Recreation District Division 3, and Jonathan Matthew Becerra has 6,258, while Joanne Gilbert has 5,942, so just 316 votes difference there. In Division 5, Laura McGalliard has 9,800 votes to 7,161 votes for Daniel Van Horn.
