For the last 19 years, John Clay Wolfe has hosted The John Clay Wolfe Show.  The nationally syndicated show airs Saturday mornings from 8 a.m. to noon CT.  It’s heard by more than a million listeners weekly on 65 radio stations and live streams on YouTube at The John Clay Wolfe Show.  He’s also President and Founder of GIVE ME THE VIN™ (GMTV), the nation’s largest vehicle wholesaler with nearly $2 billion in annual revenues.  Based in Fort Worth, Texas, it boasts an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and has streamlined consumer vehicle selling with a 60-second valuation process.

A highly driven and successful entrepreneur since his youth, Wolfe has owned and sold numerous businesses throughout the course of his career. As a die-hard car enthusiast, he has worked in the automotive industry since 1991.  He made his first million at 27 years old. In 1996 he was the first online vehicle buyer.  But everything changed in 2004.  Wolfe had a tragic motocross accident, nearly severing his spinal cord.  Only 32 years old, he was told he would never walk again.  So he turned to radio, something he was always eager to try.  Turns out he was good at it and has been doing it ever since.  He also defied the doctors and was walking only 18 months after the accident.

With his quick wit and bawdy sense of humor, Wolfe revs listeners up, likening the show to Saturday morning cartoons for adults. He and his co-hosts discuss cars, culture and sports while they also welcome celebrity guests.

The Fort Worth, Texas native put himself through college, graduating from Southern Methodist University in 1996 with a B.A. in Psychology. He resides in the same city today with his wife Jeanette. Together they have three sons and Wolfe’s daughter from his first marriage.
