A man just drove 1,800 miles on a tractor – all to raise money for Parkinson’s research. 76-year-old Mike Adkinson drove his John Deere from Bellingham, Washington to Perch Lake, Minnesota – an 1,800-mile trip that took six weeks at a top speed of 15 miles per hour.

Adkinson was inspired after his brother Dan was diagnosed with Parkinson’s – and figured “at 76 I could use a challenge like that”. He raised more than $50,000 in donations during his trip.
