Woman Bites off Part of Louisiana Officer’s Ear

A woman in southern Louisiana is on the run after biting off part of a police officer’s ear amid a bar fight.

The incident occurred on Friday night as officers arrived to split up a fight among a group of women.

The 36-year-old suspect attacked one officer at the scene, reportedly biting “a large portion of the right ear completely off.”

While the officer is now recovering in a local medical center, authorities are on the hunt for the suspect who is wanted on second-degree battery.
